I returned the part and the whole refund process was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I kept waiting for updates, then had to contact support over and over just to get the same vague answers or get passed around in a loop. It felt like nobody actually knew where things stood. After all that, I’m definitely not in a hurry to order from them again

I’m still waiting on my order, and it’s been frustrating. The shipping has been slow, really slow, and I don’t feel like I can rely on the updates at all.

Support got back to me faster than I expected and helped clear up my question. I can’t really say how it compares to everyone else’s experience, but for me it was smooth overall. The only thing was the shipping updates seemed a little slow, but not a huge deal.

The parts felt a bit overpriced for what they are. I found similar stuff for less somewhere else, so I’m not really sure where the value is here??

"They said it would fit, but it didn’t"
I ordered a part that was listed as compatible with my car, but when it arrived, it didn’t line up properly at all. I double-checked everything before buying, so it was really frustrating to find out it just wasn’t the right fit.
What made it worse was having to chase them about it instead of getting a quick answer or some proper help. Whether the listing was wrong or their fitment tool is unreliable, it ended up wasting my time, and I wouldn’t order from them again.
